IAIG is seeking to establish a roster of investigative consultants, primarily, but not limited to, assist with investigative work stemming from PharmaMX.
Once a roster is established, IAIG will use consultants on an ad hoc, part-time basis depending on workload. However, it also may select a consultant from the roster for a full-time position depending on budget and need.
Duty Location: Currently, the position will be home-based. However, if IAIG selects a consultant on a full-time basis, the duty station may eventually be located in Mexico City, Mexico or in the region
*** The purpose of this job opening is to generate a list of qualified candidates for inclusion in the Spanish Speaking Investigator IICA-2 roster. IAIG reserves the right to hire a qualified candidate from this roster on part-time- or full time basis.
Specific Project Information (PharmaMX)
In line with the framework agreement signed with the Government of Mexico, UNOPS supports the different collaboration initiatives by the government that are aimed at the fight against corruption and transparency in the public management; as well as in the exercises aimed at strengthening government actions in the areas of acquisitions, infrastructure and management of high impact projects in Mexico.

The objective of the project is to support the Government of Mexico in its effort to guarantee the right to health to the largest number of inhabitants through the planning and management of the consolidated purchase of medicines (period 2021-2024), as well as assistance in the profiling of the system and model of consolidated purchase of medicines for the health sector of the Government of Mexico.
