Education
● Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree or higher in one of the following: Economics, Finance, or other related subject;
● Candidates with degrees in civil engineering, infrastructure or the built environment AND a minimum of an additional 2 years experience in the application of infrastructure financing may apply;
● A first-level University degree (Bachelor's or equivalent) in combination with additional 2 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Work Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure finance is required;

The above must include at least 2 years of experience working with development finance institutions and government ministries/departments (requirement);

Further experience working in infrastructure (for example, through consultancy, academic or government positions) is considered an asset;
● Experience working with the UN, including UNOPS, is an asset;
● Experience in data collection and analysis is considered an asset;
● Experience developing methodological frameworks is considered an asset;
● Experience developing software based tools is considered an asset;
Languages
● Fluency in English required;
● Fluency in French and/or Spanish is desirable.
