TEST Technical Lead

• Report to the Cities Alliance FCA Country Team Leader on general employment and work plan matters, time records and FCA Country Programme integration;
• Technical Reporting to the Designated TEST Project Manager;
• Regular engagement and joint working with the FCA WASH data specialist;
• Select, lead and manage the volunteer in-country TEST Technical Team comprised of a wide range of cross-sector organisations including government ministries, agents, academia, private and third sectors in consultation with TEST for the duration of the project;
• Help build momentum, reach and engagement beyond the TEST Technical Team including influencing policy makers to top level;
• Provide technical assistance to the Cities Alliance FCA and TEST team working on specific activities to do with the development and demonstration of the resilience.io prototype model;
• Peer-review and support to the FCA team in elaborating the section on WASH/Public Services of the Rapid City Resilient Assessment Report for Accra, Tema and GAMA; 
• Provide in-country expert representation of the TEST approach including cross-sector collaboration, systems thinking, resilience and finance for the SDGs;
• Monthly Reporting on activities, results and outcomes achieved based on the FCA Results Framework – pro forma to be provided.

• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills especially with regard to the translation of information from academic to government sectors;
