Project Assistant

As a member of the Sustainable Project Management Practice Group (SPMPG) and under the supervision of the Project Management Specialist – KM, Training & People, the Project Assistant will be responsible for providing support for the Project Management Roster  project.

As part of the support for the Project Management Roster project, the Project Assistant will:

• Conduct initial screening of all candidates applying to the Project Management Roster
• Coordination and distribution of all pre-assessments
• Coordination and set up of all interviews, based on candidate and hiring manager availability
• Initial set up skills matrix and Project Manager roster database
• Assist with administrative duties in connection with the Project Manager Roster set up
• Perform other duties as required
