Talent Benches are a part of UNOPS Talent Management initiatives, to strengthen our capacity, identify and develop internal UNOPS talent and enable succession planning for business critical roles.
Talent benches area call for applications for future function-specific opportunities, determined by emerging needs, and are not linked to a current vacancy. To be eligible for a UNOPS talent bench, you must be an internal candidate, or recent former UNOPS personnel.
To apply for a talent bench, please create a UNOPS Jobs Account. This involves submitting details such as personal information, education, experience, languages, skills and other information.
