There are four work packages, for which we are
recruiting multiple consultants, falling into the following areas of responsibilities:
- Provide
executive coaching for leaders in the organisation, either as a stand-alone
coaching sessions or as part of sustained change management
- Provide Career Coaching
- Design,
develop and run an internal coaching capacity programme with UNOPS in order to
build internal coaching capacity
- Provide
external workshop facilitation for specific internal events e.g. performance
management, supervisory capabilities, etc. as needed.
The Consultant
will be a critical part of strengthening and expanding our coaching culture.
The Consultant
will build trusting, powerful, engaging and influential relationships with
senior leaders.
The Consultant will
provide a compilation of development themes gathered from coaching sessions and
suggests new ways for meeting those needs.
Design, develop
and facilitate programmes with focus of the development of coaching capabilities
internally including protocols and materials.
Facilitate
internal workshops related to e.i. performance management, supervisory
capabilities as needed.
Deliverables
To provide a
structured approach for executive coaching for UNOPS personnel
Provide executive coaching for
leaders in the organisation, either as stand-alone coaching sessions or as part
of sustained change management. These sessions may be delivered virtually e.g.
via skype or in person, if circumstances permit.
Design, develop and run an internal
coaching capacity programme with UNOPS in order to build internal coaching
capacity
Provide workshop facilitation for
specific internal events e.g. performance management, supervisory capabilities,
etc. as needed.
