The People and Change Group (PCG) helps UNOPS empowering people, driving organisational excellence and managing change across the organisation in order to help UNOPS deliver on its strategic intent. 

We are currently recruiting for multiple Coaching Consultants(retainer) who will work in close collaboration with the Talent Management and Change Management work-streams within the People and Change Group and the Senior Management Team. The role will mainly be home-based; however there might be some travel to HQ in Copenhagen or some of the field offices.
The consultant would work on a fixed-fee retainer basis. The volume of work would likely be 1-2 assignments per month, but may vary depending on the need.
