  • Elaborate and implement the social communication strategies plan for the BCA project

  • Maintain the social communication activities required in relation to the project

  • Support public communication activities of the project through the drafting of talking points events, photos and other communication products

  • Develop, maintain and update digital photo record for the BCA project. 

  • Responsible for writing media messages for the project

  • Create visual products and design graphic products in keeping with organizational standard

  • Support the communication mobilization in the mass communication campaign

  • Assist with the dissemination of results of project and activities undertaken by the Project Manager

  • Produce and disseminate quarterly report for the BCA project

  • Meet local leader and women and youth groups to share the project objectives

  • Knowledge building and knowledge sharing

  • Support the preparation of the BCA gender action plan

  • Support the PM in the tracking and oversight of the implementation of the gender plan.

  • Focus on an initial support to the WB Roads projects with a view of supporting the preparation of key progress reports and communication products. 

  • Provide ongoing support to relevant PM’s if and when required for any and all project related activities.
