Under the overall supervision of the Manager, Directors Office and
Communications Unit and guidance of the Fund Director, the Partnership Officer- Liaison will
strengthen the effective, efficient and productive functioning of the Fund
Board of the Access to Health Fund through fulfillment of the following
responsibilities:

Support in the coordination of Fund
Board member inputs to Fund Board decisions and feedback to the Fund Management
Office
▪
Providing input and guidance to the
Fund Management Office on Fund Board information requirements and requests
▪
Drafting of key correspondence from
the Chair to support the Chair’s lead role in communications
▪
Monitoring adherence to Joint
Cooperation Agreement and other relevant governance documents
▪
Supporting the Chair in the
preparation on Fund Board meetings, including
logistics, documents and agenda
▪
Maintaining records of key Fund
Board documents (Governance, Minutes, Official Correspondence)
▪
Tracking progress of implementation
of Fund Board decisions
▪
Tracking progress of key contract
deliverables and reports from the Fund Management Office including:
- Fund Management Office annual budget
submissions, work plans and key performance indicators
- Fund Management Office annual and
progress reports and financial report
- Quarterly risk
management reporting
- Audits and fraud reporting
- Project management reports and
charts
- Cash forecasts

Manage ad hoc requests from the Fund
Board.
