The Programme Management Office (PMO) was established to provide a decision-enabling and delivery support structure for South Sudan Country Office. The SSCO PMO supports the Head of Programme (HOP) in defining a balanced country-wide programme, ensuring consistent delivery of programmes and projects, as well as ensures that project management policies, processes and methods are followed and applied according to the organization’s standards.
