UNSOS intends to establish a Business Process Improvement and Innovation support project that will help fast track primarily the short, medium, and long term improvement of the existing Human Resources (HR) processes, among other critical processes (i.e. non-Umoja processes) identified by an internal review and approved by the mission leadership for implementation.
