UNOPS is providing advisory services to the local government of Qinhuangdao City for the development of a 50 square kilometres Asia-Pacific Smart Healthcare Demonstration Zone in Beidaihe New District, Qinhuangdao City of Hebei Province (hereafter referred to as “the Project”).

The Project is in line with the newly set global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and support the Chinese Government's "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration Development Strategy". Particularly, the Project will contribute to optimizing medical & healthcare resources deployment / distribution across the region and help to address the emerging issue of the "aged society".
