The UNOPS Somalia Country Office seeks to employ a Programme Manager to support management of its Security Sector and Justice Programme (hereinafter referred to as the “Programme") in Somalia. 

The Programme’s desired outputs include:

1)      develop political, legal, and financial frameworks;

2)     expand, train, equip, and provide infrastructure for police;

3)     expand, train, equip, and provide infrastructure to justice agencies in targeted areas;

4)     monitoring and manage risk.
