The New York Portfolio Office (NYPO) is a major department of the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS). It supports the United Nations Secretariat, as well as other New York-based United Nations organizations, bilateral and multilateral partners in the delivery of UNOPS mandate in project management, infrastructure management, and procurement management. In 2022, UNOPS launched two separate but complementary strategies: the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion in Projects (GESI) Strategy 2022-2025 and the Gender, Diversity, and Inclusion (GDI) workforce strategy 2022-2025. The NYPO is committed to implementing these at the regional and field office level and is thus seeking a GDSI Advisor.
