Based in Copenhagen, Denmark, the UNOPS Integrated Practice Advice and Support (IPAS) unit provides transactional support services and strategic project implementation advice to field offices as well as HQ, such as under the Asia Regional Office, the Middle East Regional Office, the Jerusalem Centre, the Peace and Security Cluster, the Europe and Central Asia Regional Office and the Africa Regional Office.

IPAS provides support in the procurement, legal, finance, human resources, and admin practice areas. By collecting and analyzing information on interactions with several offices, IPAS creates training plans and makes recommendations for more efficient project implementation processes.
