Project Management Support – Associate for Social Inclusion

• Maintain professional relationship with the Programme’s beneficiaries: local self-governments (LSGs), national and local institutions and civil society organisations as well as with other Programme’s stakeholders
• Contribute to the implementation of the Programme’s activities related to complementary social inclusion measures and to ensuring timely and quality delivery of the outputs related to provision of support for employment, education and training, acquiring qualifications, and improved access to public services for the most vulnerable beneficiaries 
• With guidelines from the Senior Officer for Social Inclusion, provide support in development, implementation and monitoring of social inclusion measures and economic empowerment of beneficiaries of the selected projects
• Contribute to the efficient and effective provision of technical assistance and guidance to the selected grant beneficiaries in implementation of projects’ social inclusion activities, ensuring  that outputs are delivered on time, within the set cost and quality targets
• Contribute to provision of subject matter support on social inclusion issues, with particular attention on coordinating activities with other Programme’s results 
• Takes part in  Calls for Proposal announcement, grant application and evaluation processes, and in communicating different information to the Programme beneficiaries
• Conduct field visits to the Programme’s grant beneficiaries 
• Maintain archive related to the Programme social inclusion activities, as per agreement with the Project Manager and Senior Officer for Social Inclusion and in line with the UNOPS/EU SHAI requirements
• Contribute to identification and assessment of risks and issues and assist in implementation of mitigation measures in accordance with the Risk Management Strategy
• Contribute in development of the Programme’s plans for the complementary social inclusion activities
• Contribute in monitoring and reporting on the progress of grant activities against the Logical Framework Matrix indicators and in preparing inputs for the reports as envisaged by the Programme Document
• Contribute to identification and sharing of the Programme’s lessons learned and best practices 
• Contribute to efficient and effective use of EU SHAI and UNOPS tools for monitoring of Programme’s performance, outputs and benefits 
• Contribute to the Programme’s communication and visibility activities  
• Perform other duties as may be reasonably required and in line with the incumbent’s scope of services 

• Secondary education is required
• Bachelor degree preferably in Social or Political Science, Law or related field will be considered as an asset 

• Six years of experience in project management support position is required. Bachelor’s degree may substitute for some years of experience.
• Experience in supporting the implementation of social inclusion projects is required
• Direct experience in working with local self-governments and CSOs is an asset
• Experience in supporting implementation of grant schemes is an asset

• Fluency in Serbian and English is required

Driving licence

• Driving license and ability to travel independently is required
