The contractor will provide technical expertise and work under the direct supervision of the Project Manager and will be responsible for the following activities:

Develop a work plan for the action and schedule of activities;

Develop teaching methodologies and materials for carrying out training and capacity building (for multipliers and for the target audience);

Analyze the contexts in which the courses are held and prepare a level assessment of the participants;

Teach courses addressing processes, techniques and tools for project development and management, with inclusive language aimed at the public;

Include content and activities that are practical and suitable for the demands of the target audience;

Ensure effective communication with UNOPS team members, partners and training recipients;

Conduct training in person and/or by video of meetings;

Carry out mapping of financiers and lines of credit offered to groups in socially vulnerable situations;

Report to the Project Manager the activities carried out.
This contract follows the Service Hiring modality linked to Work Plans previously defined and established by the Project Manager. In this type of contract, an estimated number of working days is established for the performance of the planned activities.
The project manager will accompany the Contractor in carrying out pre-agreed deliveries and payments will occur in line with the days worked to perform them from the presentation of reports of activities performed and/or expected product. If necessary, a review of products and reports may be requested for approval by the Project Manager. The contractor must keep his/her individual production documented for the development of the requested products.
The hired person may eventually work together with other consultants and in the development of products, as required by UNOPS.
