Anticipated work is expected to include the design, construction management and handover of various sites across the country in collaboration with respective local and international service providers, with each project lasting around 36 months including the applicable Defects Notification Period (DNP).  The appropriate furniture and equipment will also need to be sourced by UNOPS under the respective projects.
