PCG 

The People and Change Group (PCG)  is based at the UNOPS Headquarters in Copenhagen. Its mission is to empower effective leadership and high-performing talent as well as to enable business transformation in pursuit of organizational excellence and a culture of innovation. Change Management

The Change Management unit within PCG  is a small team of change management and organizational design & development practitioners, enabled by a business analytics unit. We are the custodians of corporate change management and OD standards, frameworks and tools and we provide hands on project support and professional services within UNOPS. Our overall goal is to ensure that UNOPS has organizational structures that are fit for purpose, future proofed and built to deliver, with people that are inspired to innovate / reimagine ways of working and readily able to transition with agility and confidence.


The Role

Under the guidance and mentoring of the Change Management Specialist, the selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the organization in building and nurturing change management capability across UNOPS as well as contributing into and supporting the planning and implementation or change management interventions to local and/or corporate projects. This is a global role which supports UNOPS’ effort in focusing on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, mindset and organizational structures. The role will support the development of internal toolkits as well as deliver change interventions designed to enable the benefits of change and ensure personnel are equipped with the appropriate knowledge, skills and tools to adopt the new ways of working.


We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Change Management Senior Officer to join the Change Management unit,  with a proven track record in change management and project management. Some experience in Organizational Design would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will have an innovative and pragmatic approach, agile mindset as well as an international outlook and excellent communication skills.
