As part of the initiative, UNODC and CTED have been developing a Working Paper which captures the overview of the approaches being taken by Member States in the development and implementation of comprehensive and tailored PRR strategies, as well as of the risks inherent in partial and ad hoc programmes, building on the outcomes of the desk research and the discussions at the expert meetings held in Vienna (October 2019) and in Jakarta (February 2020).
