  • Provide expertise on process improvement, organizational redesign, change management, and performance measures. Assist in BPR analysis, design, and implementation. Develop process flows. Present findings to the sponsoring office, senior management and others.
  • Develop project plans detailing scope of work, objectives, roles and responsibilities, work breakdown, deliverables and schedule. Develop detailed implementation and rollout plans.
  • Track and monitor progress against plan during all phases of the implementation.
  • Understand priorities, discuss progress and problems and obtain approvals.
