UN-Water is the United Nations inter-agency collaboration mechanism on all freshwater related issues including sanitation. UN-Water is comprised of 31 Members from the United Nations system and 39 international Partners. Through UN-Water the United Nations act as "One UN" on water related issues. The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) is the legal and administrative host of the UN-Water Inter-Agency Trust Fund.

UN-Water’s needs for editorial services relate to 1) corporate and technical communications through its institutional products, website, reports, social and traditional media, 2) global campaigns: World Water Day; World Toilet Day and the Water Action Decade.  

The overall purpose of this position is to successfully develop and edit UN-Water's corporate ad campaign products in line with the editorial brand.
