The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the project(s) and provides services to the different donors, partners and beneficiaries.  He/she is expected to meet and exceed the organizations performance and delivery goals.

The DFID-funded Retrofitting project (GBP 5M) aims at supporting Nepal's National Reconstruction Authority in post-earthquake recovery efforts, through 3 types of interventions: i) Promotion of retrofitting as a low-carbon cost-effective way to repair and strengthen traditional homes in earthquake-prone areas; ii) Capacity building of Government of Nepal Engineers at Ministry and field level to promote, implement and certify safe retrofitting of houses; iii) Demonstration of retrofitting through 1,000 model houses across 17 disaster-prone districts of Nepal. Implementing partners of the project are Build Change (Engineering/technical inputs) and BBC Media Action (Communications/awareness activities).
