The Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) is seeking a Tier One Content Support and Graphic Designer to join their shared Digital Services Section (DSS) within the Information Management Branch (IMB). OCHA maintains multiple web-based platforms that are used in humanitarian response. The main objectives of this consultancy are to provide tier one support to site editors and users as part of a distributed content support team; and to provide Graphic Design support, including website user interface designs, to a variety of projects where DSS leads or participates. The role will require interaction with and sometimes in depth conversations with users as well as collaboration with a wide range of OCHA staff (including developers).  The position requires the layout and design of training and promotional materials; user manuals; tutorials; good practice guidelines; research reports; and visualizations.
