The Video Producer/Videographer will, under the general guidance of PRAVO Police Communication Officer, be responsible for the production and editing of high-quality video feature stories about the Support for Rule of Law Reforms in Ukraine Project and will undertake the following activities/responsibilities:

Production of videos and human-interest multimedia stories during PRAVO-Police Project’s events, conferences, field visits, communications initiatives and other key activities

Provision of videos for distribution through social media and websites

Guiding PRAVO Police Project’s and national partner’s personal regarding video film-making best practices

Taking and provision of videos from the visits/meetings/missions of/with senior officials as identified by supervisor

Development of creative concepts, scripts, storyboards and mood boards

UNOPS owns all products under this contract. All copyrights of produced videos/photos are reserved to UNOPS. The products (videos/photos/images, etc.) cannot be altered, sold or redistributed to the third parties. Where appropriate the Video Producer/Videographer will be credited according to prevailing UNOPS policy.
The On-call Video Producer/Videographer must have his/her own professional equipment and be available for travel, with the team or independently, as needed. Travel expenses will be paid separately in accordance with UNOPS policies and practices.

Aspect Ratio: 1.77:1 / 16:9 / HDTV, 2:39:1 or 2:40:1 / Widescreen / 9:16, 1:1 / 1.33:1 / film, 1.85:1 / Film, no pillar boxing or letter
Frames: 30fps or more
Codec: ProRes 422 (HQ) 10 bit, 8 bit (also acceptable)
Blackmagic RAW, CinemaDNG, REDCode RAW, MFX/ARRIRAW
Sound: WAV 24 bit, 48 kHz
Format: stereo, mono, 5,1, 7.1 (also acceptable)
Monitoring and Progress Controls

Initial draft videos of main activities produced and provided within 24 hours or in line with the timeline agreed with PRAVO Police Communications Officer

High-quality videos produced to UNOPS satisfaction

Full-cycle production of video (script writing, videography, editing, audio balancing, sub-titling, format exporting, archiving raw and edited work etc.) according to UNOPS and EU standards.

Production of video and multimedia human interest stories for traditional, digital and social media platforms

All video works should be developed in compliance with previously agreed timelines and approved by the Programme Manager and/or Communications Officer

Visual identities, branding and logos should be included in line with UNOPS requirements
