Support to the development of country engagement

Prepare regular,
concise and clear email communication with developing countries, also ensuring
that contact details for focal points and the CCAC Planning Hub are up-to-date
and active
●
Organise and ensure
regular bilateral meetings with CCAC developing country partners
●
Prepare national
action updates for the monthly CCAC newsletter
●
Support the
preparation of CCAC Planning Hub meetings, including preparing draft summaries
that set out clear follow-up actions
Support national action tracking
●
Tracking national
action, especially of developing countries and ensuring that these are entered
in the system
●
Contribute to the
organisation of and prepare draft CCAC partner country (developing and
developed) profiles together with other team members, ensuring these are
regularly update and approved by partner focal points
●
Look for and propose
opportunities for matching countries in bilateral partnerships for
implementation, particularly building on CCAC-supported national plans
Support to Governance
●
Support governance
processes, including preparing background papers on substantive topics for the
CCAC, as well as draft agendas, draft decisions
●
Ensure that official
records of governance meetings and decisions are filed internally and that key
documents are available to all CCAC Partners – and that all governance meetings
are kept up-to-date on the CCAC website
●
Support the
organization of governance meetings, including informal dialogues and ad hoc
groups to formulate, including preparing draft presentations and coordinating
inputs
Ad hoc support to other CCAC Secretariat work
●
Assisting in the
review of applications for CCAC funding
●
Reviewing draft
implementation plans for CCAC projects
●
Assisting in the
review and approval process for new CCAC partners
●
Preparing template
forms and presentations
