The UNOPS Cambodia Multi-Country Office (KHMCO) has been established to better support, develop and oversee the UNOPS portfolio of programmes and projects in the Greater Mekong Sub-Region (Cambodia, Lao PDR, and Vietnam) and in the Philippines with focus on good governance, health, peace and security, and environmental issues). KHMCO services cover procurement, infrastructure, project/programme management, and advisory services for multiple governments. KHMCO ensures that synergies between projects are effectively developed. 

KHMCO is expanding its area of engagement in cooperation with different development partners, focusing mainly on a portfolio of projects and programs in the infrastructure and environmental sectors, as well as continuing with the provision of transactional services (HR and Procurement services).

The Director represents UNOPS in the countries under the multi-country office on behalf of the Regional Director who provides general direction and guidance. The Director directs and manages all operations under KHMCO that includes liaison and engagement development activities, stakeholder management, and delivering timely and cost-effective services for sustainable results by partners. In carrying out her/his role, the Director is expected to frequently travel within the KHMCO.
