Créée en 2008, l’équipe de réserve de conseillers seniors en médiation (mécanisme SBT) est un service du Département des affaires politiques et de la consolidation de la paix (DPPA) administré par le l’Unité d’appui à la médiation (MSU) de la Division des politiques et de la médiation.
