Sexual harassment (SH) and sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) are practices that bring negative consequences for the organization, its personnel, and the beneficiaries. These types of conduct violate human rights, go against the United Nations’ values, and conflict with the UNOPS competency framework. They constitute misconduct and UNOPS is determined to ensure that appropriate action is taken to prevent them, and, if they occur, to vigorously address them.

UNOPS launched a Global PSEAH Strategy in 2023, and are looking to increase capacity as we roll out this new important initiative. We are currently looking for a new a colleague to join our team as PSEAH Specialist, to support our work in preventing sexual exploitation, abuse and sexual harassment. The PSEAH Specialist will provide technical and operational support on PSEAH across all units in UNOPS, with a primary focus to support regional and country teams. The PSEAH Specialist will sit in UNOPS People and Culture Group

*** Duty Station: The organizational unit is Copenhagen but we could consider accepting applicants willing to be based at locations where UNOPS has a presence, and where basing the role there could be beneficial for the organization.
