Education Requirements:
- An advanced University Degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in one of the following disciplines: human resources, organizational psychology or relevant field, international relations, political science, business administration, public administration, management, law, or other relevant field,
is required.
- A University Degree (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) with additional two (2) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of an Advanced University Degree.
Professional Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in talent, people and change management is required
- At least five (5) years of experience in leading diversity and inclusion efforts in an international setting is required
- Knowledge and experience of human rights legislation is an asset;
- Hands-on experience designing staff policies like anti-discrimination and equal employment opportunity is an asset
Language requirements:
- Excellent working knowledge of English is required
- Knowledge of another UN offical language is an asset
