The Role

The HR Analyst, Support and Advocacy works under the supervision of the HR Specialist, Support and Advocacy based in UNOPS HQ, Copenhagen. 

They assist in providing  support to alleged victims of workplace misconduct (harassment, discrimination, abuse of authority, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation and abuse) as well as other personnel in need, with a focus on duty stations where Spanish and French are officially recognized as national languages. 

They organize and prioritize their work, coordinating the delivery of multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and engaging with a variety of stakeholders in alignment and consultation with the HR Specialist.

The HR Analyst job is remote/ home-based, but you need to live in a place where the UNOPS has offices in the Latin America and Caribbean Region (LCR).
