The Programme Management Officer will be an integral part of a humanitarian-development- peace programme, which was established to allow innovative, tailor-made, flexible, rights-based activities along the humanitarian-development spectrum in protracted crisis and/or conflict-affected communities. The officer will be responsible for supporting civil society organisations, NGOs and INGOs to implement projects and activities that support communities in need.

UNOPS acts as the Secretariat and manages the programme. The programme commenced in January 2020 and is expected to continue operations until December 2027.
