The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) is an operational arm of the United Nations, supporting the successful implementation of its partners' peacebuilding, humanitarian and development projects around the world. UNOPS supports partners to build a better future by providing services that increase the efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability of peace building, humanitarian and development projects. Mandated as a central resource of the United Nations, UNOPS provides sustainable project management, procurement and infrastructure services to a wide range of governments, donors and United Nations organizations.
The Stop TB Partnership (STBP) is a unique and innovative global health organization that takes bold and smart risks to serve the people, communities, and countries affected by tuberculosis (TB). We bring together country and global stakeholders and partners and leverage our comprehensive range of strategic and technical expertise in our shared mission to end TB by 2030. UNOPS has hosted the STBP Secretariat (“Secretariat”), since 2015, in Geneva, Switzerland.
STBP’s 2025-28 Operational Strategy and five goals guide the Secretariat's work. To achieve the fourth goal to “catalyze, incubate, and support the scale-up of TB innovations”, three initiatives - Re-imagining TB Care (RTC), TB REACH, and Introducing New Tools Project (iNTP) - are supporting and implementing various activities related to TB innovations. These activities include, but are not limited to, exploring new financing mechanisms, testing pioneering approaches, and rolling-out latest diagnostics and digital health technologies.
