The OQ’s Energy Team is currently supporting the Palestinian Authority (PA) on a number of strategic initiatives to support the development of the Palestinian energy sector. This includes support to the Gas for Gaza (G4G) project, implementation of the September 2016 Electricity Agreement, and the development of renewable energy opportunities, as well as wider sector support. The role of the Associate Advisor is to support the Director of Energy on the overall management of the energy team and the timely implementation of projects and initiatives. The Associate Advisor also supports the OQ Director of Energy with external stakeholder management and the development of new initiatives and projects, in particular fundraising and the drafting of project proposals and project finance.
