UNOPS Horn of Africa Multi Country Office  is recruiting for this position: Programme Management Specialist - GESI/PSEAH based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

This is a local position, and is hence open to Ethiopian nationals only.

The Programme Management Specialist - Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI)/Prevention of Sexual Exploitation Abuse and Harassment (PSEAH) will work under the direct supervision of the MCO PMO Team Leader.  The successful candidate will provide Support and Guidance to Country Managers, Partnerships Specialists, Project Managers and other key personnel in the implementation of organizational standards and best practices in GESi/ PSEAH, Do No Harm and leaving No One Behind.  


The Programme Management Specialist - GESI/ PSEAH will lead the development and implementation of strategies towards delivering projects that contribute to the SDGs, with excellence and to partner satisfaction.  The position will have a sub-regional coverage, that will include gender analysis across all countries in the MCO and direct support to projects. Similarly, periodic travel within the sub-region may be required.
