Purpose and Scope of Assignment

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be an integral part of the Community Development Programme which was established to enable community-oriented response activities along the humanitarian-development spectrum in a conflict context. The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for implementation of all aspects of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL), providing technical MEAL support to partners, aggregating programme level results, ensuring robust data management and helping to prepare analysis and reports as needed.
