The purpose of this term of reference is to hire 01 professional specialist in Training in Project Elaboration and Management to work in training actions aimed at partners and/or beneficiaries within the scope of projects developed by UNOPS.

When applicable, the professional will act in accordance with ILO Convention 169 and National Council of Public Prosecutors (CNMP) Resolution 230/2021 in the implementation of their activities with traditional communities and indigenous peoples in the preparation of the teaching program; methodology; conducting training for multipliers and the final public; and mapping of financiers and lines of credit offered to such groups.
